低血糖性脑梗死临床分析

摘要 目的了解低血糖对脑梗死形成的影响,探讨如何保证正常的血糖,减少脑梗死的发病率。方法对30例低血糖性脑梗死患者的诱因、病变部位、预后进行回顾性调查。结果低血糖性脑梗死患者有过量应用降糖药,长期慢性疾病、近期进食差的诱因;头颅CT显示病灶多发于大脑皮质、颞叶等;治疗7d有效率为76.7%,14d有效率为86.7%.结论低血糖是引起脑梗死的重要危险因素,要加强健康宣教,避免低血糖性脑梗死的发生。
