摘要 干扰素（Interferon,IFN）是细胞对病毒感染和各种合成及生物诱生作用反应而分泌的一类蛋白质,具有抗病毒、抗增殖、诱导分化及调节免疫等作用。作为病毒性疾病及肿瘤有效生物体药物已被广泛应用于治疗多种病毒性疾病,如：病毒性乙肝、丙肝、带状疱疹、尖锐湿疣以及治疗某些肿瘤,
