摘要 以壬基酚、四乙烯五胺、甲醛为原料,合成出2-四乙烯五胺基亚甲基-4-壬基酚等两种新型阳离子型沥青乳化剂,并利用红外光谱对产物结构进行了鉴定。乳化性能测试表明,该乳化剂具有很好的乳化能力,为快裂沥青乳化剂。该乳化剂合成工艺简单,是一种比较有发展前途的快裂沥青乳化剂。 Two novel cationic asphalt emulsifiers phenol were prepared from nonylphenol, tetraethylene of 2 - tetraethylene pentaamine methylene - 4 - nonyl- pentaamine and formaldehyde. Their structures were i- dentified by FTIR. The obtained emulsifiers had good emulsifying ability combining into asphalt. They are belong to rapid b they may have reaking asphalt emulsifiers. The preparing operations of emulsifiers synthesis were simple. Then a lot of prospective applications as rapid breaking emulsifiers substance in the future.
