橡胶沥青布氏旋转粘度与便携粘度相关性研究

Study on Correlationshipe between Brookfield Rotary Viscosity and Portable Viscosity of Asphalt Rubber Binder

主要就国内广泛使用的布氏粘度和便携粘度相关性及试验注意事项进行了试验研究,建议当橡胶沥青便携粘度大于1.5 Pa·s时,20转的旋转粘度值与手提粘度值更接近,所以建议采用20转的旋转粘度进行试验室橡胶沥青粘度检测,并用便携式粘度进行校正;加热橡胶沥青试样时建议采用烘箱加热的方式。

This article mainly carries out experimental study about the relevance between brookfield rotary viscosity and portable viscosity used widely in domestic areas and their notice items during experiments. Suggestions were given that the rotary viscosity value at 20 rotary rates will be closer to portable viscosity value when the portable viscosity value of asphalt rubber is over 1. SPa · s. So it is suggested that adopting the rotary viscosity value at 20 rotary rates to mearure asphalt rubber binder viscosity in the laboratory and callibrate it by portable viscosity value; the heating of sample of asphalt rubber binder should adopt baking oven heating method.
