摘要
为研究不同剂量大黄对附子的解毒作用以指导临床合理用药，将不同剂量的大黄与固定取量的附子分别组方，采用单煎与合煎提取工艺，应用紫外分光光度法测定其乌头碱的含量。结果：大黄配附子合煎组方乌头碱含量低于大黄配附子单煎组方。单煎与混煎组方中乌头碱的含量均随着大黄剂量的增加而减少，两者均呈线性相关。实验表明：在一定范围内，大黄对附子的解毒作用随着大黄剂量的递增而增加。
In order to study the detoxifying function of rhubarb in different dose to aconite to guide proper clinical application,rhubarb in different dose and aconite composed into respective recipes were prepared by the extract technology of single decoction and combined decoction,and the content of aconitine was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the content of aconitine in the combined decoction recipe of rhubarb and aconite was lower than that in the single decoction recipe of rhubarb and aconite.The content of aconitine in the single decoction recipe and combined decoction recipe would decrease with a decrease of rhubarb dose and would be presented by liner correlation in two recipes.The experimental results proved that in the certain scope,the detoxifying function of rhubarb to aconite Could be enhanced with an increase in dose of rhubarb.
