This paper takes college English classified teaching as a systems engineering, focusing on the research to the problems in schedule arrangement, examination management, psychological problems of students and the potential management chaos, proposing targeted systematic solutions. Meanwhile, it points out that the fundamental measure to resolve those problems lies in the establishment of sound scientific and reasonable rules and regulations, and thus to overcome difficulties and solve the problems through multi-system simultaneous action and multi-department spontaneous cooperation.
