摘要
综放开采技术现已成为我国煤矿高产高效的重要技术手段和煤矿开采的重要发展方向。对于综放沿空掘巷来说,能否采用窄煤柱护巷,主要在于窄煤柱的尺寸和稳定机理,以及锚杆支护是否能保证巷道的稳定。窄煤柱问题是影响综放沿空巷道稳定最重要的因素之一,分析了窄煤柱的变形特点、影响因素及其宽度的设计方法,得出在综放开采巷道围岩为中等稳定条件下,窄煤柱合理宽度为2.5~4 m。
Caving mining technology has become an important high yield and efficiency in Chinese coal mines and coal mining technology to the important development direction.The gob caving,the ability to use narrow pillar to protect road,mainly due to the size and narrow coal pillar stability mechanism,and bolting it to ensure the stability of the roadway.Narrow pillar issue is one of the most important factor of the stability of fully mechanized caving roadway of.Analyzes the deformation characteristics of narrow pillar,influencing factors and the design method of width,obtains that under the moderate stability condition of the surrounding rock in fully-mechanized caving roadway,the reasonable width of the narrow pillar is 2.5~4 m.
