急诊减压固定治疗外伤性脊髓损伤

Emergency decompression and internal fixation for treating traumatic spinal cord injury

目的观察急诊减压固定治疗外伤性脊髓损伤的疗效。方法 2006年-2009年12例外伤性脊髓损伤患者行急诊手术治疗,手术时间均为受伤后24h以内。比较同期8例受伤72h后手术治疗患者。神经功能评分采用ASIA评分,卡方检验进行统计。结果患者随访时间均>3月,结果显示急诊手术组患者神经功能改善优于对照组。结论急诊减压固定治疗外伤性脊髓损伤安全、有效。

Objective To observe the effects on emergency decompression in the treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury. Methods From 2006 to 2009, 12 cases with spinal cord injury received operative treatment within 24 h. Eight cases with spinal cord injury received operative treatment 72 h after injury.ASIA was used for neurologic assessment,and Pearson chi-square analysis was used for statistical analysis. Results All patients were followed more than 3 months, mean 10.2 months. The results showed that neurologic outcome of emergency decompression group was better than control （P〈 O.05）.Conclusion Emergency decompression and internal fixation are safe and effective for treating traumatic spinal cord injuries.
