云南白药气雾剂配合保险液治疗注射性损伤

Clinical study of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with the insurance liquid in treating injecting injury

目的观察云南白药气雾剂配合保险液治疗注射性损伤的效果。方法 2007年1月—2009年3月,对符合入组条件的136例注射性损伤病例随机进行分组,治疗组用云南白药气雾剂配合保险液进行治疗,对照组用50%硫酸镁湿敷。观察24h后各种类型损伤的转归,并采用χ2检验进行统计学处理。结果治疗组有效率为93.24%,对照组有效率为80.64%,P<0.05。结论云南白药气雾剂配合保险液治疗注射性损伤效果显著,操作简便,费用低廉,可作为注射性损伤的常规治疗,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the Yunnan Baiyao aerosol tie in with the insurance liquid for injecting injury.Methods From January 2007～March 2009,to meet the set of conditions of 136 cases of injury,random are grouped,treatment group with Nan aerosol tie in with the insurance solution for the treatment,control group with 50% magnesium sulfate wet packing.Observation of the 24 hours after the various types of injury outcomes,and they are used the χ2 test statistical.Results The treatment group 93.24% had efficiency,the efficiency of the control group had 80.64%,explicit,P0.05.Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao aerosol tie in with the insurance liquid for injecting injury effective,easy,inexpensive,can be used as a regular injection of injury in clinical treatment,wide spread application.
