摘要 介绍了有关冲突的理论及国内外护理领域对冲突管理的研究现况,提出我国护理组织中冲突管理的研究方向。 It introduced related theory of conflict and the status quo of conflict management research in nursing field in China and in abroad. It put forward the research direction of nursing organization in conflict management in China.
