病人参与查对 提高病人身份识别的准确性

Patients participating check to enhance the accuracy of patient identification

[目的]探讨病人参与的双向查对方法对提高病人身份识别准确性中的作用。[方法]对某医院实施病人参与的双向查对方法前后因病人身份识别不当所致的护理差错发生率及住院病人关于护理安全的满意度进行自身前后对照。[结果]双向查对方法实施前后因病人身份识别不当所致的护理差错发生率分别为0.016%、0.000%,住院病人对"护理安全"的满意度分别为85.43分±14.21分、89.55分±8.25分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]病人参与护理查对能提高病人身份识别的准确性,预防护理差错发生,还可提升病人对护理工作的满意度。

Objective. To probe into the effect of patients participating twoway check method to enhance the accuracy of patient identification. Methods;Both incidences of nursing errors duo to improper identification of patients and satisfaction degrees of patients toward nursing safety of a hospital between before and after carrying out patients participating two - way check were compared as selfcontrol. Results. Incidences of nursing errors duo to improper identification of patients before and after carrying out twoway check were 0. 016% and 0. 000%. And satisfaction degree scorings of patients toward ＂nursing safety＂ were 85.43±14.21 and 89.55±~8.25. There were statistical significant differences between them （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion.Patients participating nursing check can enhance the accuracy of patient identification, prevent nursing errors from happening. It can enhance the satisfaction degree of patients toward nursing work.
