摘要
系统地回顾、归纳和评析了舒伯(Super)的生涯发展理论,根据职业发展与生涯发展的阶段变化和特点,以及舒伯有代表性的生涯彩虹图等工具,针对当前企业组织面临的人力资源管理挑战以及员工职业生涯所面临的困惑,提出生涯发展理论在组织人力资源管理、高等院校以及人才培养机构中的应用建议。
The paper reviews, 'generalizes and comments Super's career development Then according to the stage change, the characteristics of career and life development, and Super representative life career rainbow, the application model of career development theory in human resource management of organizations, universities, and personnel training organizations is suggested by the author, aiming to solve the challenges of enterprises on human resource management and the confuse of employees on their career development.
