低温可调钠配合曲线超滤预防血透低血压的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过利用低温、可调钠和曲线超滤三种透析方式联合使用,达到预防透析低血压的目的。方法:利用德国贝朗Dialog+8.28版本的血液透析机对30例血液透析过程中易发生症状性低血压的规律性血透患者,分别行低温可调钠配合曲线超滤透析与标准透析各10次。结论:低温可调钠配合曲线超滤透析可有效预防血液透析患者低血压的发生。
