摘要
东方1-1气田三甘醇再生橇排放出的气体(简称三甘醇再生废气)因没有工业回收价值过去是直接排放掉,不仅影响到平台生产人员的健康,也对环境造成污染。在充分利用该气田已有生产装置的基础上,提出了三甘醇再生废气处理方案,利用海水将三甘醇再生废气冷却为液态后回收至平台生产污水处理装置处理,同时把剩余少量处理过的废气引到无人员滞留的地方排放,彻底解决了三甘醇再生废气处理问题。目前东方1-1气田三甘醇再生废气处理技术已推广应用到番禺30-1气田。
The waste gas was discharged directly for worthlessness of industry recovery from triethylene glycol regeneration package in DF 1-1 gas field,which affected both health of operators and pollution of environment.Based on present production facility,a method is proposed that the waste gas cooled by sea water in liquid state and recovered in waste water treatment facility,and then the residual gas treated is discharged to unmanned area.This method thoroughly resolves the treating problem of triethylene glycol regenerating waste gas and has been applied in FY 30-1 gas field.
