摘要
目的:探讨丹参提取物F的胃粘膜保护作用与氧自由基的关系。方法:复制失血性休克再灌注损伤模型,31只大鼠随机分为单纯失血组(HE,n=9),生理盐水对照组(NS,n=10)及丹参提取物F组(DSEF,n=12);HE组大鼠在失血性休克20min后处死,NS及DSEF组则在休克20min后回输全部放出的血液,维持20min后处死。其中NS组静滴NS003ml/min,DSEF组静滴DSEF1g/100gwt。结果:HE组损伤指数为0,DSEF组损伤指数明显低于NS组(P<001),DSEF组的丙二醛(MDA)含量明显低于NS组(P<001),而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显高于NS组(P<001)。
Objective: To examine the protective effects of DSEF on gastric mucosa and the relation with oxygen free radicals (OFR). Methods: 31 Wistar rats were randomly divided into group HE, NS and DSEF. The rats in group HE were killed after hemorrhagic shock for 20 minutes. The rats in group NS and DSEF suffering from hemorrhagic shock for 20 minutes were killed after reperfusion for 20 minutes. During whole procedures, the intravenous infusion of normal saline at 0.03 ml/min was given in group NS. DSEF (1g/100g) was infused in group DSEF. Results: The indexes of gastric mucosal lesions (IGMLs) were 0, 23.18% and 4.42% respectively in group HE, NS and DSEF. As compared with 230.56±19.37 nmol/g in group NS, the content of MDA in group DSEF (94.32±11.32 nmol/gw.t) decreased significantly ( P< 0 01). In comparsion with 134.29±13.35 u/g in group NS, the activity of SOD in group DSEF (298.47±20.12 u/g) increased markedly ( P< 0 01). Conclusion: DSEF can effectively relieve gastric mucosal injury caused by OFR during reperfusion.
