改良B—Lynch缝合法在宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用

目的 探讨改良B-Lynch缝合法在宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院2006年8月至2009年10月因宫缩乏力性产后出血行B-Lynch缝合的患者的临床资料.结果 15例宫缩乏力性产后出血的患者经B-Lynch缝合法治疗后出血均停止,无并发症发生,其中有3例患者再次怀孕.结论 改良的B-lynch缝合法操作简单,止血迅速可靠,安全易行,无需特殊设备,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the feasibility of improved B - Lynch seture for postpartum hemorrhage because of utertia inertia. Methods We retrospectively studied 15 patients with postpartum hemorrhage because of utertia incrti who were performed improved B - Lynch seture from August 2006 to Octomber 2009 in Linyi Yishui Center Hospita. Results All patients were performed successfully and had no complication. 3 of them pregnanted again. Conclusion Improved B - Lynch seture is simple, reliable anti safe for postpartum hemorrhage because of utertia inertia. It is worthy in spreading it in clinical application.
