血液透析患者合并不安腿综合症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of uremic patients with restless legs syndrome

目的 探讨血液透析患者合并不安腿综合症（Restless legs gyndrome,RLS）的治疗方法 和疗效.方法 对笔者所在医院血透中心近六年出现的血液透析合并不安腿综合症患者的临床特征和治疗结果进行回顾性分析.结果 25例血液透析合并不安腿综合症患者确诊后经治疗治愈8例,好转16例,无效l例,总有效率96%.结论 经血液灌流联合血液透析充分清除毒素、补充铁缺乏和应用多巴等胺药物等综合治疗,RLS症状可明显缓解.

Objective To investigate treatment and effectiveness in uremic patients with restless legs syndrome. Methods From 2004 to 2010, the clinical data and treat effectiveness of 25 uremic patients with restless legs syndrome in our hemodialysis center were reviewed. Resuits 8 of them is cure, 16 of them is effective, 1 of them is inaction , total effective rate was 96%. Conclusian By hemoperfusion associated with hemodialysis to adequate eliminate the toxin, iron supplements, dopamine treatment, and so on, RLS symptoms were markedly relieved.
