目的 探讨对急诊PTCA术后再灌注心律失常患者的监护与处理.方法 回顾分析30例行急诊PTCA患者的临床资料.结果 30例患者发生RA的类型为频发室性早搏14例,短际室性心动过速2例,窦性心动过缓9例（其中心率＜45次/min 3例）,室颤2例,窦性停搏1例,加速的室性逸搏2例.结论 在PTCA术中极易发生多种形式的心律失常,甚至会导致死亡.及时发现和正确有效处理术中RA是介入治疗成功的关键.

Objective Study on reperfusion arrhythmias after emergency PTCA patients care and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases of emergency PTCA in patients with clinical data. Results 30 cases of RA patients with the type of frequent premature ventricular contractions in 14 cases,short international ventricular tachycardia in 2 cases,sinus bradycardia in 9 （heart rate 〈45 times/min 3 cases） ,2 cases of ventricular fibrillation, 1 case of sinus arrest,2 cases of accelerated ventricular stroke. Conclusion PICA is extremely easy in the various forms of arrhythmia,even lead to death. Discover and correct and effective treatment in RA patients is the key to successful intervention.
