摘要
拓展培训在公务员培训中已经被广泛运用,这种培训方式对现代公务员培训是一个很好的补充。但是,拓展培训在应用的过程中还存在一些问题。本文在探讨公务员培训引入拓展训练的必要性、分析其存在问题的基础上,就如何更好地运用和完善此种培训方式以及更好地发挥拓展培训在公务员培训中的作用提出建议。
Training in the Civil Service Training and Development has been widely used,such training methods on modern civil service training is a good supplement.However,the expansion of training in the application process there are still some problems.In this paper,the introduction of training for civil servants need to expand the training to analyze the problems,based on how to better use and improvement of such training methods as well as to expand the training to better play the role of the civil service training recommendations.
