Nd:YAG激光对大鼠视网膜组织caspase-9的影响

摘要 目的观察Nd:YAG激光致Long Evans大鼠视网膜损伤对其caspase-9 mRNA水平、蛋白表达水平和酶活性的影响。方法建造大鼠视网膜Nd:YAG激光照射损伤模型,眼底照相观察大鼠视网膜损伤,于照后即刻、3h、6h、12h、24h、3天和7天不同时相点,检测受损视网膜的caspase-9的mRNA和蛋白表达以及酶活性的变化,并与假照射组进行比较。结果 Nd:YAG激光照后LE大鼠视网膜组织中caspase-9 mRNA表达无明显变化,但在照后6h和12h,活化的caspase-9蛋白表达和caspase-9酶活性均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 Nd:YAG激光照射导致LE大鼠视网膜caspase-9活化。 Objective To investigate the changes of caspase-9 in the retina of Long Evans rats caused by Nd: YAG laser injury.Methods A model of retina injury in rats caused by Nd:YAG laser was established.The activity and the expression of mRNA and protein of caspase-9 were detected at 0h,3h,6h,24h,3d and 7d after laser irradiation.Results No conspicuous change of caspase-9 mRNA in retina was observed just after laser irradiation, but the activity of caspase-9 and the expression of caspase-9 mRNA and protein increased significantly at 6h and 12h after irradiation ( P〈0.05 ).Conclusion Caspase-9 in the retina of LE rat was activated by Nd: YAG laser irradiation.
