《苔丝》是19世纪英国著名现实主义作家哈代的代表作之一,在其众多中文译本中,张谷若先生的译文尤为经典。张先生的译本主要在于译文用地道的语言再现了原文意境,保留了原作风姿,从而使得译文与原文达到了对等的美学效果。
