摘要
文章选取哈尔滨作为个案,对其体育教育状况进行了调查分析,并从观念层面到操作层面、从主观因素到客观条件提出了变革对策,希望能以点带面,引起体育教育相关人士对我国中学体育教育现状的关注。
Taking Harbin as a case,the physical education status is analyzed with proposals of solutions in terms of operation based on both subject factors and object conditions expecting to arouse the professional attention.
