青少年人工流产临床分析

Clinical analysis of induced abortion in adolescents

目的:分析北京市海淀区妇幼保健院2005～2008年4年来年龄≤20岁青少年人工流产(人流)的发生情况,以便有针对性地采取干预措施。方法:北京市海淀区妇幼保健院计划生育手术室2005年1月～2008年6月人流妇女50874例,统计分析年龄≤20岁青少年人流的发生情况。结果:年龄≤20岁青少年人流3160例,占人流总数的6.21%,且年龄≤20岁青少年人流所占百分比近4年呈直线上升(由2005年的4.19%上升到2008年上半年的9.83%),且趋于更加年轻化,职业以学生为主,服务业及外地户口所占比例逐年上升。结论:青少年人流在人流妇女的比例越来越高,降低其发生率的关键是向青少年(尤其是学生、流动人口)宣传正确的性知识、生殖健康知识及避孕知识。

Objective：To analyze the prevalence status of induced abortion in adolescents（≤20 years） from 2005 to 2008 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Haidian District,in order to take intervention measures.Methods：50 874 women underwent induced abortion from January 2005 to June 2008,the prevalence status of induced abortion in adolescents（≤20 years） was statistically analyzed.Results：3 160 adolescents （≤20 years） underwent induced abortion,accounting for 6.21%,and the proportion increased linearly （from 4.19% in 2005 to 9.83% in the first half of 2008）,becoming more younger,the majority of them were students,the proportions of service occupation and floating population increased year by year.Conclusion：The proportion of induced abortion in adolescents is getting higher and higher.The key to reduce the rate is to disseminate the correct knowledge about sex,reproductive health and contraception to adolescents,especially to students and floating population.
