影响贵州农村育龄夫妇预防出生缺陷知识、信念、行为的相关因素

Related effect factors of knowledge,belief and behavior of rural couples of child-bearing age to prevention of birth defects in Guizhou

目的:对影响农村育龄夫妇预防出生缺陷知信行的相关因素进行分析,找准切入点,有利于更好地开展出生缺陷一级预防工作。方法:采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,抽取2360对育龄夫妇为对象进行问卷调查,应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计描述,使用卡方检验、秩相关分析等方法进行分析。结果:育龄夫妇预防出生缺陷知信行之间呈正相关关系,得分经卡方检验P值均小于0.05,显示民族、文化、职业、年龄均有影响,且怀孕妇女更关注预防出生缺陷的知识。结论:从贵州实情出发,采取综合措施的效应得到有效叠加时,可以提高农村育龄人群预防出生缺陷的意识和能力,但需长期坚持并付出艰苦努力。

Objective：To analyze the related factors of knowledge,belief and behavior of rural couples of child-bearing age to prevention of birth defects,seek breakthrough point and conduct primary prevention of birth defects.Methods：2 360 couples of child-bearing age were selected by multi-stage random cluster sample method,then questionnaire survey was conducted,SPSS13.0 software,chi-square test and rank correlation analysis were used in the study.Results：There was a positive correlation among knowledge,belief and behavior of rural couples of child-bearing age to prevention of birth defects,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）; nationality,culture,occupation and age are effect factors,the pregnant women paid more attention to preventive knowledge of birth defects.Conclusion：The effects of comprehensive measures can be overlaid according to the situation of Guizhou,which may improve the awareness and ability of rural population of child-bearing age for prevention of birth defects,but long-term adherence and great efforts are needed.
