摘要
以辛酸亚锡(SnOct2)为催化剂通过开环聚合反应由D-丙交酯(D-LA)制备聚D-乳酸(PDLA),并采用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)以及乌氏粘度计等对聚合产物进行表征。结果表明,聚合温度、聚合时间、催化剂用量以及真空度对PDLA的相对分子质量均有显著的影响,当聚合温度为160℃,聚合时间为20 h,催化剂用量为D-LA的0.03%以及真空度为60 Pa的条件下,可以得到粘均相对分子质量为26.5×104的PDLA产物。
Using stannous octoate(SnOct2) as catalyst,poly(D-lactic acid)(PDLA) was prepared via ring opening polymerization of D-lactide(D-LA).The reacting products were characterized by FTIR,NMR,DSC and Ubbelodhe Viscosimeter.The experimental results showed that the relative molecular weight of PDLA was affected evidently by the polymerization temperature,the polymerization time,the catalyst amount and the degree of vacuum.PDLA with viscosity-average molecular weight of 26.5×10^4 was obtained when the polymerization temperature was 160 ℃,the polymerization time was 20 h,SnOct2 was 0.03% of D-LA and the degree of vacuum was 60 Pa.
