摘要
以新庄孜煤矿8号井瓦斯抽采泵内的水垢为研究对象,研究了无机酸、有机酸和OP-10对溶垢速率和抑雾效率的影响。结果表明,6%盐酸对瓦斯抽采泵内的水垢具有良好的溶解性能,8%柠檬酸和0.6%的OP-10加入后,混合溶液对水垢的溶解速率进一步增加,而且溶垢温度控制在60℃以下时,可以使酸雾抑制效率达到80%以上。
Through the weight loss test and acid fogging inhibition analysis at different conditions,the effect of inorganic acid,organic acid and OP-10 on the scale-removing for gas extraction pump in Xinzhuangzi coal mine were studied and a complex multifunctional pickling was developed.6% hydrochloride acid can react with the scale rapidly and became further when 8% citric acid and 0.6% OP-10 were added.The efficiency of acid fogging inhibition can reach over 80% when the temperature of reaction under 60 ℃.
