鸡毛角蛋白助剂对重铬酸根离子的吸附性能研究

Research on adsorption of Cr_2O_7^(2-) with feather keratin adsorbing agent

研究鸡毛角蛋白助剂用于重铬酸根废水吸附的影响因素,探讨助剂投加量、pH值、吸附时间、温度等因素对除铬效果的影响。优选吸附工艺为:室温下,调节重铬酸根废水的pH值至2~6,投加鸡毛角蛋白助剂1.0 g/L,搅拌10 min时吸附效果较佳,吸附率达到了92.5%。

The effect of feather keratin adsorbing agent on Cr2O7^2- wastewater adsorption were researched.The influencing factors of agent dosage,pH value,reaction time,reaction temperature on the efficiency of chromium removal were studied.The optimal conditions for the wastewater were： in the room temperature,the wastewater pH value between 2～6,1.0 g/L feather keratin adsorbing agent,mixing round 10 min.The adsorption rate can arrive to 92.5%.
