摘要
以水稻品系哈04-34为试验材料,采用盆栽的试验方法,在人工气候箱内模拟水稻生长环境,探讨了有机污染物对水稻产量及稻米安全性的影响。结果表明:有机污染物能够降低水稻的产量,但不同的有机物对水稻不同产量构成因素影响并不同。硝基苯处理的每穗粒数、结实率及每穴穗数均有降低,每穗粒数降低幅度最大;氯苯处理对降低水稻产量的影响顺序为每穴穗数>每穗粒数>结实率;随着萘处理浓度的增加,每穴穗数和每穗粒数均表现出下降的趋势,而对结实率没有影响。用有机污染物污染的水灌溉水稻,只要能生长并成熟,其植株和籽粒中的残留经检测均没能超出检测标准。
Taking rice line Ha04-34 as tested material, the effect of organic contaminations on rice growth was explored by potted trail in climate cabinate. The results showed that organic contaminations could decline yield of rice,but effect of different organic contaminations on constitutes of yield was different. The effect of nitro benzene was:grains number per ear, seed setting rate and panicles number per hill were declining. The sequence of effect of chlorobenzene on constitutes of yield was as follows: panicles number per hill〉grains number per ear.seed setting rate. Along with increasing concentration of naphthaline, panicles number per hill and grains number per ear were decline, but there was not effect on seed setting rate. It had not overstepping testing standard that the detected residue of each organic contaminations in seed and plant only the rice could to maturity.
