随着市场经济的发展和电力体制改革的不断深化,服务水平的提升日益成为电力安装企业生存和发展的动力,本文就当前电力企业所存在的安装服务问题,通过制定和采取一系列的对策和措施,以达到提高安装服务水平的目的,进而提升电力企业形象,增强企业的核心竞争力。
With the development of market economy and the deepening of the reform of the electric power system, improving service levels is becoming the dynamic to electric power installation enterprise survival and development. This paper based on the current installation service issues in electric power enterprises, by developing and adopting a series of policies and measures to improve the service level of installation, promote electric power enterprise image and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
