基于代建制的工程项目建设模式分析

Analysis of the Project Construction Modes Based on Agent System

随着我国经济的发展,我国现有的工程项目建设模式亦不能满足业主对项目质量、进度、成本等方面的要求。代建制作为一种较新颖的工程建设模式具有一定的优势,可以克服传统模式的一些弊端,本文将代建制与传统模式做了比较,分析了代建制的优势,又进一步分析了两种基于代建制的建设模式(CM模式与EPC模式)。

The project construction modes used in our country now are not able to meet the requirement of the quality, schedule and cost from the owner while the economy of PRC is developing faster and faster. As a newer mode of project construction, agent system has some advantages which would overcome some disadvantages of the traditional mode. In this paper, the author compared the agent system with traditional ones and analyzed the advantages of the newer one. Finally, the author analyzed two construction modes （CM＆EPC） which are based on agent system.
