摘要
不同的预腐蚀年限,结构有不同的S-N曲线。在假设结构S-N曲线形状参数不变的条件下,将服从三参数Stromeyer函数的S-N曲线引入腐蚀疲劳寿命分析的DFR方法中,推导出结构细节疲劳额定值DFR的计算公式。计算结果表明在中长寿命区,预腐蚀疲劳计算结果与传统DFR法的计算结果相差不大。
Structures own different S-N curves under different pre-corrosion year. Under the condition that 'the shape-paremeters unchanged under different pre-corrosion year, this article introduces the three-paremeters Stromeyer function S-N curve into the DFR approach, and it calculates the formulation of the structure detail fatigue rating. Result demostrates that, in HCF area, there is little difference between the method the article mentioned and the original DFR method under corrosive envirenment.
