摘要
航标遥测遥控系统是为了满足海事管理部门对航标实时定位测控需要而建立起来的一个现代化的监控系统。本文阐述了航标遥测遥控系统的实现意义、指导思想以及功能和组成。该系统由灯器监控终端、中心站监控、客户端用户组成。数据传输采用GSM通信、GPS通信等多种手段相结合的方式,保证数据传输的稳定性、可靠性。中心站监控采用高性能计算机、收发设备、差分GPS处理技术以及满足国际海道测量组织(IHO)和国际海事组织(IMO)有关标准的电子海图,保证了实时数据处理分析的及时、可靠。系统的实际运行效果良好。
The telemetry buoy remote control system is designed to meet the maritime administration of the beacon location and monitoring needs and is a modern monitoring system. This paper describes the significance, guiding ideology and function and composition of the remote monitoring and control system buoy. The system is monitored by the light device terminal, central station monitoring, the composition of the client user. Data transmission uses GSM communications, GPS communications and other means of combining methods to ensure the stability and reliability of data transmission. Central Station Monitoring uses high-performance computers, sending and receiving equipment, differential GPS processing technology and the electronic charts which meet the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) standard, to ensure the real-time data analysis timely and reliable. System actually works well.
