The wide application of non- imprisonment punishment represents the development trend of world punishments, and community correction work in our country is carried out in this context. Hohhot City gradually explores this system following the pace of the times. This paper starts from the basic theories of community correction to examine and feasibility of the community correction in Hohhot, the existing problems and solutions.
