感染紫斑病的大豆种子主要生产指标测定 被引量:1

摘要 采集了带有紫斑病的‘合丰47号’大豆种子,在室内进行发芽率、脂肪和蛋白质含量检测,并在田间播种不同染病严重度病种,研究其对大豆产量的影响。结果表明,感染大豆紫斑病的种子发芽率、脂肪含量和产量与其病害严重度呈负相关,蛋白质含量与其病害严重度呈正相关,且病害严重度与产量相关性达到显著水平。 The seeds of soybean cultivar ‘Hefeng 47’ with purple seed stain were collected to study germination rate, fat content, and protein content. The effects on yield of the diseased seeds were also studied by a field experiment. The results showed that, the severity of diseased seeds was negatively correlated with germination rate, fat content and yield, and was positively correlated with the protein content, and the correlation between the severity of diseased seeds and yield were significant.
