CT引导下Hook-wire定位在肺小结节胸腔镜切除术中的临床应用 被引量:14

摘要 随着CT技术的发展,目前临床上越来越多的肺小结节被发现并获得诊断。对于亚厘米的小结节,无论是影像学还是肺穿刺活检其诊断准确率都不高,电视胸腔镜(video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery,VATS)肺活检术由于其创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、病死率低且诊断准确率高等优点,是肺小结节活检的首选方法。
