Design of Carrying-paper Mechanism in Book Packer

从书籍打包工艺流程出发,通过借鉴印刷机输纸部分的设计,根据包书要求和卷筒牛皮纸特点,对送纸部件重要部分进行了结构设计。通过2个不同材质扇形牵引辊将卷筒纸拉成纸带以完成对纸带的牵引;橡皮闸进行轴制动来防止机器启动和刹车时纸带过载或失控,保证机器稳定运转期间纸带张力稳定;通过设置浮动辊调节由于纸卷形状不规则等引起的张力波动;设置调正辊防止纸带跑偏;通过在成对裁刀下方安装周期性运动的胶头的裁切点胶装置来裁断纸带和胶粘纸头。该设计实现了一定数量的书籍连续高效打包,有益于提高生产效率和包装质量。

Based on the book packer processing flow,reference the design of carrying-paper part in printer as well as considering the demands and features of kraft-paper,the paper proceeded the construction design on main parts of carrying-paper mechanism.Through two different material fan-shaped draught rollers,the roller paper was drawn into tapes and completed the towing-paper. Using rubber brake to prevent from overload at starting mechine and out of control in brake the machine.Setting float roller to adjust tension fluctuation causing by the irregular shape of the paper roll,setting adjusting-roller to rectify paper-tape excursion and fixed cutting-point Gluing device with periodic moving under a pair of cutting knives to cut paper and glue the paper loose end. The design realized a certain number of books on a continuous and efficient packing, being beneficial to improve production efficiency and quality of packaging. [Ch,5 fig.10 ref.]
