摘要
针对锅炉燃烧效率不高和自动化水平低等问题,对锅炉节能控制系统进行了研究。锅炉电节能系统改造原理主要基于轻载降压节电,调速节能和软启动节能。传统的锅炉控制方式中引风机和鼓风机处于恒定快速运行状态,不仅会降低电机的寿命,还会造成能源的极大浪费,因此锅炉节能设计采用了变频调速系统。考虑到锅炉燃烧系统的安全经济性能也是节能设计关键问题,锅炉节能设计时还重点对锅炉自动燃烧控制系统进行改进。实际应用效果表明,新的锅炉节能系统使生产过程的自动控制得以实现,节能效果十分显著,取得了良好的经济效益。
The problems in use of the boiler were presented,for example the combustion efficiency and the auomatic control level were low.The way to use the energy, save energy and reduce consumption scientifically and rationally were discussed.The saving power reform principle was mainly based on reducing voltage, speed regulation and soft start. In the tradition boiler control system, the air blast and draught fan operated at a constant rate, which may reduce the life span of the moter and reslult in the consume of energy. To save the energy in boiler control system, the frequency conversion technique was introduced.Considering the key problems——energy saving and safety performace existed in combustion system, the paper put emphsis on improvement of the automatic combustion control system. The practical application shows that the new boiler energy saving system can realize automatic control, the energy saving effect is significant with good economic benefit. [Ch,4 fig.1 tab.9 ref.]
