摘要
针对作业车间(同时具有并行机和多功能机床情况下的)生产调度问题,提出一种基于Witness的仿真优化方法。建立了基于Witness动态仿真模型进行实时仿真运行,对实时数据的分析和评价,并优化优化指标和优化参数,将结果反馈给仿真系统实施控制。给出了基于传统车间作业调度方法和仿真技术的集成方案。以某汽轮机叶片数控生产车间为例验证了此方法的可行性和有效性。
A simulation optimization method based on Witness was proposed for job shop(in the condition of with parallel maschines and multi-function machines at the same time)scheduling problems. The built dynamic simulative model based on Witness was proceed real-time simulation running. Through analysis and assessment of real-time data to optimize index and parameters,then made the results fedback to the simulation system to proceed control. The integration method was presented based on the simulation technique and traditional job shop scheduling. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by a steam turbine blade NC workshop. [Ch,4 fig.2 tab.8 ref.]
