从设计管理的角度对企业管理中存在的问题进行了分析,结合网络化的技术依托和设计管理的方法,提出了应用于网络化的企业设计管理模式。总结出了网络化企业设计管理的方法:网络团队协作化、产品设计的虚拟化、产品设计与现代制造的一体化。

In the view of design management,analysis the problems existed in enterprise management, in combination with the Network technology and the methods of design management, this paper put forward design management model in application to network enterprises. The methods of enterprise design management based on network are summarized, such as team collaborative of network, virtualization of product design, integration of product design and modern manufacturing.
