摘要
目的:探讨肝胆手术发生胆漏的原因、处理和预防措施。方法:对肝胆手术后发生胆漏的15例患者的发病特点、发生机制、处理方法和预防措施进行回顾性分析。结果:经不同口手术、介入B超腹腔置管引流和内镜治疗后患者均痊愈。结论:肝胆手术后发生胆漏的原因是多方面的,胆漏的发生重在预防,处理手段应个体化、多元化综合应用。
Objective To investigation the reasons,prevention and treatment of biliary leaks after hepatobiliary operation.Method Retrospective analysis of 15 patients with biliary leaks after hepatobiliary operation in our hospital.Results All patients were cured by operation or drainage from the abdomen guiding by BUS or ERCP.Conclusion The reasons of biliary leaks after hepatobiliary operation is multiplicate,the prevention is the most important,the treatment need individuation and diversification.
