摘要
目的:研究胎儿体表畸形的实时三维超声表现及其诊断价值。方法:对46例胎儿体表畸形的二维超声及实时三维超声表现进行回顾性分析,并与引产后或产后观察结果比较分析,计算两者符合率。结果:二维超声诊断符合率为76.1%(35/46),实时三维超声诊断符合率为95.7%(44/46)。胎儿体表畸形中以中枢神经系统畸形及颅骨发育异常、颜面部畸形、前腹壁缺陷和四肢异常最常见。结论:实时三维超声在胎儿体表畸形检查中较单独使用二维超声可以提高畸形检出效果,并可取得直观的图片及动态视频图像,在胎儿体表畸形的产前诊断上具有较高应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the performance of the fetal surface congenital abnormalities and their diagnostic values by real-time three-dimensional ultrasound.Method The two-dimensional ultrasound and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound performance in 46 cases were analyzed with a retrospective method.All cases were confirmed after abortion or delivery,the accuracy was counted in two methods.Results The accurate diagnosis rats of two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing fetal surface congenital abnormalities were 76.1% (35 /46) ,95.7% (44 /46) ,respectively.Dysmorphosis of the fetal central nervous system and the skull,the facial malformation,exomphalos and abdominal fissure,abnormal of limbs were most common case of the surface congenital abnormalities.Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound is more reliable and comprehensive than using two-dimensional ultrasound only,and also can be seen as intuitional photograph or the video.So it has good practical value of prenatal diagnosis in fetal surface congenital abnormalities.
