青年人胃癌100例分析

目的:回顾性研究青年人胃癌的临床与病理情况,为进一步诊治提供依据。方法:选2005年1月1日-2008 12月30日的4年间我院青年人胃癌的患者共100例,对其临床分型与病理分类进行统计。结果:100例青年胃癌中,早期胃癌25例,进展期胃癌75例;病理分型中中低、未分化腺癌55例,粘液腺癌30例,印戒细胞癌8例,中分化腺癌5例,管状腺癌2例。结论:青年人胃癌临床表现特异性差、进展快,应引起临床医生的足够重视。

Objective： A retrospective study of clinical and pathological gastric cancer in young cases, provide the basis for further treatment. Methods：January 1, 2005 - 2008 on December 30 of the 5 - year young cancer patients in our hospital, a total of 100 cases, the clinical types and pathology classification were stafisficed. Results： 100 cases of young gastric cancer, gastric cancer 25 cases, 75 cases of advanced gastric cancer; pathological classification of low, 55 cases of undiffer - enfiated adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma 30 cases, 8 cases of signet ring cell carcinoma, moderately differentiated adenocaminoma in 5 cases, 2 cases of tubular adenocarcinoma. Conclusion： The clinical manifestations of gastric cancer in young poor specificity, rapid development, should attract enough attention to clinicians.
