N-硝基-L-精氨酸对吗啡、二氢埃托啡精神依赖性的逆转作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:利用自行建立的条件性位置偏爱模型,探讨N-硝基-L-精氨酸(NO2Arg)对阿片类物质诱导的精神依赖性的影响。方法:通过观察吗啡、二氢埃托啡精神依赖的昆明种小鼠,在皮下注射NO2Arg前后于条件性位置偏爱箱偏爱侧停留的时间,判断小鼠精神依赖情况。结果:4mg/kgNO2Arg使吗啡和二氢埃托啡精神依赖小鼠在偏爱侧停留时间分别由给予NO2Arg前的(6.09±2.02),(7.98±0.72)min增加到给予后的(9.31±1.10),(9.48±1.21)min(P<0.01)。结论:NO2Arg可逆转吗啡和二氢埃托啡所致的条件性位置偏爱,提示NO在阿片类药物精神依赖性形成中起重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of N G nitro L arginine (NO 2Arg) on psychical dependence induced by opiates on the basis of improved conditioned place preference model in mice. Methods:The time in biased side was recorded before and after 4 mg/kg NO 2Arg administration in morphine and dihydroetorphine psychically dependent mice. Results: 4 mg/kg NO 2Arg could significantly increase the time in biased side in morphine and dihydroetorphine psychically dependent mice. The time in biased side was increased from (6.09±2.02), (7.98±0.72) min to (9.31±1.10), (9.48±1.21) min ( P <0.01). Conclusion: NO 2Arg could reverse the psychical dependence induced by opiates, suggesting that NO plays an important role in the development of opiate psychical dependence.
