一起学校甲型H1N1流感和普通季节性流感暴发疫情的流调分析

目的:分析此次流感病例暴发的流行病学特征和控制措施。方法:对此次全部流感病例进行流行病学调查,采集20份鼻咽拭子进行病原学检验。结果:流行病学调查,此次共215例诊断为甲型流感。其中学生214例,教职员工1例。年级分布为:初中一年级4例,初中二年级17例,初中三年级6例,高中一年级146例,高中二年级40例,高中三年级1例。患得患病率最高的高一年级病例数占总病例数的67.91%;病例分布在36个班中,发病年龄在11～22岁之间,最小年龄11岁,最大年龄22岁(教师),12～18岁占98.60%。病原学检验结果:经real-time RT-PCR试验检测21份鼻咽拭子,甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性10份,普通季节性甲型流感病毒核酸阳性7份。结论:此次疫情系甲型H1N1流感和普通季节性甲型流行性感冒混合感染引起的暴发疫情。

Objective：The article analyzes the epidemiological characteristics, the pathogen testing methods, prevention and treatment measures of the combination of the A/H1N1 flu and traditional flu.Methods：The 215 flu cases had been on the epidemiological investigation and collected 20 nasal swabs samples for pathogens test.Results： Epidemiological investigation, the total of 215 cases diagnosed as influenza. 214 patients of students, one faculty, Grade distribution as follows： 4 cases in junior first grade, 17 in junior 2nd grade, 6 in junior 3rd grade, 146 illnesses of 1st grade in the vocational school,40 of vocational school sophomore, only 1 in 3rd grade of the school. The highest prevalence is 67.91% of the total cases of 1st grade of the vocational. Cases distributed in 36 classes. Onset age from 11 to 22 years old, minimum age 11 years, maximum age 22 （teacher）, 12 - 18 years of age accounted for 98.60% and 97.67 % of teenagers . Etiology test results： The real - time RT- PCR test for detection of 20 nasal swabs, influenza A H1N1 influenza virus nucleic acid- positive 10, normal seasonal influenza virus nucleic acid were positive for 7.Conclusion：The epidemic caused by the mixed infection of the A/H1N1 flu and seasonal influenza outbreak.
