摘要
目的:了解聘用护士工作的主要压力源,寻找压力源产生的原因及减少压力的对策。方法:采用问卷调查法,对绵阳三家医院聘用护士的工作压力源进行调查。结果:聘用护士的工作压力源依次为:待遇及福利问题,护理专业及工作方面的问题,工作量及时间分配问题,病人护理方面的问题,管理及人际关系方面的问题,环境及资源方面的问题。聘用护士认为工作压力大的占98.2%。结论:护理管理者应充分重视聘用护士的工作压力,从管理角度减少或消除聘用护士工作压力源,稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量。
Objective:To understanding the main pressure source of the employed nurses, seek reasons and reduced pressures. Methods:Uses the questionnaire survey procedure, Investigates the working pressure sources of employed nurse of several hospitals of MianYang.Results: the working pressure of employed nurse is in desceding order:Treatment and welfare problems, nursing professional and career issues, Work load and time pressure,Patient care and interaction,and interpersonal relationship and management issues.Environment and resources. 98.2% of the employed nurses feel high level pressure. Conclusion: The effective managing strategies shoulde be taken the pressures of nurses,reduces or elimination the pressures so that can maintain their team stability and improves the nursing quality.
