CerbB-2、P53的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织CerbB-2、P53癌基因蛋白表达与淋巴结转移的相关性。方法采用乳腺组织免疫组化SP法检测75例乳腺癌患者中P53及CerbB-2的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果CerbB-2、P53的阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移有相关性(P〈0.05)。CerbB-2、P53同阳性与腋窝淋巴结转移相关(P〈0.05)。结论CerbB-2、P53的检测对乳腺癌治疗方案的制定和预后有重要临床意义。
