芦笋根腐解物对作物种子萌发及胚根伸长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 芦笋根系庞大,在淘汰的笋田中残存着大量的芦笋根,为明确这些根腐解后对下茬作物的影响,研究了芦笋根腐解物对蔬菜和大田作物种子发芽的影响。结果表明:芦笋根腐解物对芦笋及其他作物的种子发芽和胚根伸长都有抑制作用,且随浓度的增大抑制作用增强。因此,芦笋根不仅具有自毒作用,且对其他作物普遍具有化感抑制作用。但芦笋根腐解物对不同作物的抑制作用不同,蔬菜中对西瓜、茄子、白菜抑制作用较强;对豇豆和生菜的抑制作用较弱。大田作物中对棉花抑制作用较强,对大豆、花生抑制作用较弱。 Asparagus has extensive roots.To evaluate the allelopathy effect of Asparagus root on the following crops of Asparagus field,effects of asparagus root decomposing products on seed germination of Asparagus,some vegetables and field crops were studied.The results showed that the seed germination and radicle elongation of the receptor Asparagus,vegetables and field crops were all inhibited by the root decomposing products,and the inhibition effect increased with the increase of concentration.These results indicated that the Asparagus root not only had autointoxication effect but also had allelopathic inhibition effect to other crops.However,the inhibition effect were different among various crop.In vegetables,the inhibition to watermelon,eggplant and Chinese cabbage is stronger than cowpea and lettuce,in field crops,it is stronger in cotton than in soybean and peanut.These results provided reasonable suggestions for the following crops of Asparagus filed.
