生物数据库中MAPK蛋白质的同源性分析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究运用DNAstar序列分析软件对从NCBI数据库中搜索到的385个MAPK蛋白质的氨基酸序列进行了同源性分析,获得了它们的同源序列及系统发育关系,为研究MAPK基因的功能及生物体间的进化关系提供了依据。 In this research,DNAstar software was used to analyze 385 homologies of MAPK proteins selected from GenBank databases in NCBI(National Center of Biology Information of USA).The homology fasta and the phylogenetic trees were created between and within the four rebuilt databases,total MAPK database,plant MAPK database,animal database,and microbe database,respectively.The results will offer us a great many valuable information to study the functions of MAPK genes and analyze evolutionary relationships between living organisms.
