摘要
能力是企业竞争优势的重要源泉,以往的研究大都是基于能力既存的假设前提,进而分析其对企业的作用,很少关注能力是如何演化和发展的。能力演化的本质是企业的一种知识活动,而其核心在于组织学习。在组织学习的过程中,新知识会通过选择、复制和保留等流程进入企业的知识集合中,并对部分不适应企业发展的知识进行替代,进而实现对企业知识结构的调整,最终实现能力的自主更新发展。
Capability is the important resource of firm competitive advantages. Most of the previous researches on firm capability are based on the assumption that capability exists, and researches how capability affects firms. Yet few researches focus on how capabilities change and develop. In essential, capabilities' evolution is a kind of knowledge activities, and the core of this activity is organizational learning. New variation knowledge flows into firm's knowledge aggregation through selection, replication, and retention in the process of organizational learning. The newknowledge will substitute some old knowledge which can meet firm's need, and then the knowledge construct adjusts. Finally, the firm can achieve its capabilities' self-renew development.
