摘要
人才聚集对新兴工业区的区域发展具有重要作用,在总结相关文献的基础上,对新兴工业区人才聚集的特点进行了分析;然后结合这些特点重点研究了新兴工业区人才聚集的动态演进过程,包括涌现阶段、突变阶段、协同阶段以及运行阶段;并对各个演进阶段的特点、优劣势以及可能产生的人才聚集效应进行了详细分析,为新兴工业区人才聚集战略的实施提供有益指导。
Talent accumulation is important to the development of new industrial areas, based on related documents this paper has firstly analyzes the talent accumulation characters of new industrial areas, and then pays much attention to study the dynamic evolvement process of talent accumulation in new industrial areas, which include rushing stage, breaking stage, coordinating stage and running stage, and particularly analyzes the characters, strength, weakness and talent accumulation effects in each stage, all of these will provide some useful directions to talent accumulation strategy of new industrial areas.
